About Me

Raymond Nairn

Hello! I’m Raymond Nairn, a designer based in San Francisco and currently studying design and advertising at the University of San Francisco. I love working across print, typography, posters, branding, and web, often incorporating my photography and videography into my projects. A lot of my inspiration comes from music and the cultural movements around it, whether that’s the Counterculture era or other genres and scenes that carry their own energy.

My approach to design is wide-ranging. Sometimes my work is playful and bold, while at other times it’s minimal and clean. My work prioritizes approachability and engagement. Over the past few years, I’ve created everything from conservation posters and branding systems to interactive web projects and larger collaborations. Looking ahead, I aim to keep experimenting across mediums and finding new ways to engage people through design, and I hope to join a team that shares that same passion.
