I designed this flyer for a Lunar Stag show in San Francisco. The idea was to play with the look of old 60s psychedelic posters, while also incorporating some of the rougher, louder style seen in the 90s. The warped lettering and neon color palette give it that bright and trippy vibe. The moon face and columns in the center add this mix of classic and strange, which felt right for the band’s aesthetic. Overall, I wanted the flyer to feel like a throwback to two eras at once, something that feels connected in the tradition of concert art.
